so today i continued through the book, and did a few sketches of the full body in a few poses. i love how this book breaks down the body into shapes; it really is helpful to see how the body moves to make it much more realistic. i also began looking into the proportions of the face. i already knew the whole eyes are halfway down the head, and all that jazz, but the book also showed me the proportions of the side of the head, which i was unaware of. it's a tad late now so i can't upload my sketchbook photos of this, but i will tomorrow.
